All ONS Congress® participants must show proof of vaccination or a negative test result using the CLEAR app in order to take part in ONS Congress.
CLEAR only accepts the CDC vaccination card as proof of COVID vaccination. If you are unable to locate your CDC vaccination card, please follow these instructions on obtaining a new card with your vaccine provider.
If you need to access your vaccination record through your healthcare institution, please follow these directions. CLEAR will not accept printouts of vaccination records. You will be required to visit the Heath and Safety desk onsite at Congress if you only have this record of your COVID vaccination.
Please note that you will see an expiration date associated with your CLEAR Health Pass. It is in place to stop the sharing of screenshots and allows the app to reverify information as needed. This measure simply requires users to reconfirm their identity after the expiration date has passed. You may need to upload a new photo as part of this process.
If you are not vaccinated and plan to show proof of a negative test result, the steps are similar, but you’ll be showing your test results vs. uploading a vaccination card. Unvaccinated attendees must get tested no more than 72 hours prior to picking up their attendee materials. COVID-19 test providers that integrate directly with the CLEAR app include Quest, Labcorp, BioReference, CVS, or Vault Health. See the CLEAR app to access a full list of testing providers. There are a number of testing sites in the Anaheim area.
*People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks or more after they have received the second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna), two weeks or more after they have received a single-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson [J&J]/Janssen), or two weeks after receipt of another vaccine authorized by WHO.*
